During this webinar, Dr. KONSTANTIN SCHAMBER from Munich Center for Strategic Intercultural Communication (StrategicIntercom) will give an overview of highly skilled employees available within the Chinese market, with a particular focus on young professionals. Empirically collected and analytically reviewed materials will be shown to the audience to provide them with a better understanding of China’s future management generation.

About the lecturer: Dr. Konstantin Schamber

Dr. Konstantin Schamber gathered solid scientific and practical business experience in Eastern Europe, CIS and China, where he was PR manager for both American and Chinese law firms. During this period, he wrote two scientific pieces of work devoted on HR management of Chinese knowledge workers and the internationalization of Chinese multinational enterprises. Since 2010, he is managing director at the Center for Strategic Intercultural Communication (StrategicInterCom). The main business focus of StrategicInterCom is to train, coach and provide consultancy services to firms, institutions and people in all aspects of strategic intercultural communication within markets in Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan and China.
