Daily Tasks

This position is a conduit to help grow the business and a stepping stone for the incumbent to develop the company culture to become a dedicated or independent Sales Manager.

You, as an intern, will be mentored by the General Manager and International Board of Advisors.

Initial tasks:
- Assist in sales and business development
- Research on BenCham and AmCham directory to identify prospects
- Identify other sources of data, analyse and share details of best-fit prospects to
- Promote the company or its Principals’ solutions via phone call or at networking events
- Coordinate with the Principals’ teams and complement their project management
process with Clients’ perspective
- Induct and train sales agents on the Principals’ background, products and services
- Manage the details in a secure cloud-based CRM


- Strong interest or experience in Sales
- Graduating student / last year student, preferably Master student
- Natural networker, good communication skills
- People oriented individual
- High level of English and Mandarin
- Dutch, French or German speaker would be a plus

Additional Information

Intern needs to bring his/her own laptop.

1. RMB 10,000 cash bonus on completion of the six months internship
2. 10% commission for successful lead generation or 20% commission for deal closure (average net revenue per project: RMB 200,000)
3. Reimbursements on transport, networking events, and client meetings; Reimbursement
on housing can be considered for exceptional performers
4. Document support on visa applications for foreigners
5. 40 working hours per week. Flexible working hours and location; hot desks available at the naked Hub:­ Beer, coffee, tea, soft drinks and good vibes 24/7
6. Mentorship from the General Manager and Board of Advisors
7. Full­time employment opportunity of the company mentioned above with over RMB
10,000 monthly base salary
