Daily Tasks

- Help to build the company’s marketing department from the ground up – The company previously invested very little time and energy into PR and marketing. However, they are now opening their 3rd and 4th locations, and marketing strategy and execution are becoming increasingly more important for the success of the business.
- Work on a marketing strategy that will primarily focus on Chinese based social media outlets and other low cost avenues
- Put systems into place so that this strategy can be maintained long-term
- Help to create a marketing message that will not only promote company awareness, but also push healthy eating education in Beijing and China
- Come up with innovative and original ideas for how to go about building the company’s brand and overall message
- Help to align the company brand with other like-minded health focused companies and events
- Work with social media outlets to promote the company
- Willing and able to help out in other areas of the business – could include helping with restaurant service or language training


- Marketing background
- China exposure/background
- Highly familiar with social media trends and strategies
- Chinese language skills are a bonus but not a must
- Flexible attitude

Health is the major reason for why they do what they do, and the company’s concept was created to start offering people living in Beijing a tasty and healthy food option.

They are currently the only food concept in Beijing and China that offers nutritional information on their full menu. They believe that the Chinese consumer is going to place more and more importance on what they are consuming, and they want to continue to be the market leaders in this space through their menu offerings and their educational public relations strategy so they can take advantage of this future trend. This is a small company with big dreams so they need talented energetic people to help them get there!
