HR Intern

General Internship Information

Daily Tasks

Your daily task include (but not limited to):
Partnering with leading resources and sourcing desired candidates
Actively participating in social networking activities (LinkedIn, Twitter, Indeed ,etc.) to promote recruitment
Taking part in various events, meetings and job fairs and developing a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Screening candidates on basic skill set, availability, interest level, compensation, relocation needs, etc.
Consistently offering innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organization's priorities and approach to problem solving
Working on improvement of job descriptions and internal onboarding procedures
Understanding client service or experience issues related to recruitment, on boarding and job posting.
Providing assistance on various projects within the HR department.


Skills requirement:
You are highly passionate about recruitment and human resources
You are a self-starter who can work analytically and independently in a small team
You have strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work effectively in teams with clear and concise English communication skills
You are result oriented and work easily with deadlines
Basic computer skills including strong research skills
Chinese language skill is not needed
Experience in HR is an added advantage but not necessary

Additional Information

09:30AM to 06:30PM (including one hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
