Learning and understanding the CPG sourcing procedure.
Searching vendors though various channel.
Communicating with suppliers to do quotations and other information as requested.
Assisting team members on various projects.
Assisting in communicating with clients with email.
Document management like making quotation sheets, invoices, updating the vendor database, timesheet, shipping schedule, etc.
Native English speakers (America, Britain, Australia).
Able to speak basic Mandarin.
Willing and able to travel to China//Currently based in China.
Graduated or soon to graduate student with a Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in English and some interest or knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. Other languages are a plus.
Organized, responsible, proactive, and results oriented.
Works well in a team.
Interest in Chinese culture and language.
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc).
Experience and interest in international trade is a plus.
You will work in a very international and dynamic environment.
This is an unpaid internship.
