- Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry
- Prepare proposal/contracts and present it to clients
- Assits the team leader or the team manager on overall project managements, including process, risk assessment, client negotiation and communication, job description analysis and modification, billing, payment collection and other job related tasks raised by clients
- Work closely with the clients and searches, selects, interviews and recommend qualified candidates fulfill the clients' requirements
- Provide recruiting or other HR consulting services as required by clients' researching coaching
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Bachelors degree or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in industry leading company, consulting or executive searcher firm and sales experience are required
- In-depth understanding of all functions of a multinational company
- Being enthusiastic, proactive, persistence and able to work under pressure
