- Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry
- Update market information with consultants on timely basis
- Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistend maner, and obtain their resumes
- Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached
- Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or client when necessary
- Assist consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidate coordination, etc.
- Other tasks assigned
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 1 year working experience, sales experience preferred
- Experience in Human resources management and consulting is a strong plus
- Knowledge and skills in recruiting and interviewing
- Being enthustiastic, procative, persistence and able to work under pressure
- Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpretation skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
