A- Direct Sales (Shanghai mainly and other bureaus upon request)
Direct selling to foreign business in China or about to setup in China
Maintain and develop contacts with senior management of FIE’s in PRC
Participate to qualified events drawing potential clients
Meet with potential clients’ team in order to evaluate the workload
Conduct clients meeting with the senior accountants to follow up the clients issues at least once 6 months.
Participate in sales forecast for budget and expansion planning
B- Network Sales
Indirect sales through partners’ network (lawyers, banks, institutions,etc)
Maintain and develop the partner’s network
Organize events with partners
Ensure that all contacts are properly entered in FTA’s CRM system
Prepare weekly sales reports
Support the preparation of newsletters and marketing materials
Support the organization of FTA events
Hold regular meetings with operation team
Hold weekly meeting with the management on BDV activities and results
Other administrative support (translation, proof reading…)
D- Collective responsibility
Any complementary tasks, within general or specific instructions, which might improve sales development of the firm.
More than 6 months of experience in Marketing or related field; students with engineering and finance background are preferred too.
Fluency in English (oral/written) is a MUST; ability to speak, write and read mandarin and/ or French is a PLUS
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Fully committed to his/her tasks
Attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Self-starter and able to work well without constant direction
The allowance will depend on the student's skills and experiences.
The student must be flexbile to travel around Shanghai and to the other offices of the company.
