Marketing interns play a supportive role to the Marketing Director and the COO, they are involved in the companies marketing work including Online, Offline and In-store Marketing and Promotional Campaigns.
- Assist with Online Marketing
Currently the company does marketing in both English and Chinese. English speaking interns will be involved in Facebook, Linkedin online marketing. The intern will also help support promotional campaign ideas for the Chinese twitter called weibo. Other promotional online activities are aimed at increasing sales on the chinese e-commerce site taobao.
- Assist with Pitching to Media
The intern will help with the company's offline marketing including print magazine, newspapers or preparing promotional materials related to sales. This work will include pitching story ideas to English speaking media. The intern will also be involved in creating newsworthy content based on the company's activities, writing of press releases, organizing and consolidating media contacts and other efforts to assist the marketing director
- Developing In-store Promotional materials
The intern will also be responsible for other ideas and developing strategy for means of in-store promotion. For example promotion of products can also be done through display ads, buy 1 get 1 free promotions, word of mouth, etc.
- Exhibitions and Expos
The company often participates in Green Food, Food shows or community Expos and events. The Intern will help out in company events and exhibitions. There may be a few days on the weekend in this case that the intern can exchange for a weekday. This is a team event, and a good chance to learn about our products, company and interact with the community.
- Grocery Store Promotional Sales
The company currently sells products in expat stores such as April Gourmet and Jenny shop. Promotion of products is key in order to sell products. The intern will participate in their in-store promotion activities, targeting Foreign and Japanese clients. Other tasks may include SWOT analysis of grocery store locations.
- Office administration support
The company is a natural products company, the administrative work supports the company’s day-to-day operations. As needed the intern will help the administrative work in the company as related to marketing. Examples of this can assist in printing promotional materials, facilitating translation of promotional materials and other marketing admin work.
- Involved with the day to day operations of the Office
The company main efforts in Beijing are with marketing and sales. The intern will have a chance to get involved with the company's team members. This will be a great chance to use any Chinese knowledge you may have. Examples of this work can be ingoing and outgoing deliveries, assisting in preparing orders, participating in company events for marketing and sales and other work as assigned.

Interns are expected to deliver a high quality of work and professionalism. The company provides an excellent environment for interns to thrive and grow their skill sets. Over a 3-6 month period we expect high levels of achievement.

- This internship position offers an allowance from 1000 to 1700 CNY
