The intern will be responsible for support VP of Marketing Director’s daily work and marketing team on social media, digital content, enrolment, etc.
Digital content creation (30%)
o Create bilingual content targeting for startup CEO / HR with proper insights
o Wechat and LinkedIn as key distribution channel
Enrolment administration (30%)
o Assist clients for enrolment documents preparation
Data analytics (20%)
o Weekly sales performance
o Marketing expense tracking and consolidation
Digital platform tracking (10%)
o Monitor the digital platform performance, including wechat and LinkedIn
o Key metrics including number of followers, viewership, interaction, conversion, etc,.
Documentation for leads (10%)
Keen to learn, hard working, good at communication
Energetic, Positive, Optimistic, Creative, Organized, and Logical
Good at office software. Familiar with social media (WeChat, Weibo, video platforms, etc.)
Bachelor degree or equivalent education in advertising, marketing, management or business.
Team player, willing to go “extra mile” to achieve a success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
Detail oriented, willing to learn, hardworking and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work well under pressure, capable to handle multiple tasks with good time management skills
