Daily Tasks

Update data in the back office
Answer customer queries on WeChat/email in a friendly and proactive way
Handle customers’ problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner.
Collaborate with other departments (finance, marketing) to manage reputation and coordinate actions
Maintain a friendly and pleasant image to customers
Take the initiative to identify possible sales leads and follow up on each one


Requirements

Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
Preference for 1-2 years relevant experience
Passionate about experiences, communicating and learning
Self-starter who takes initiative & can operate with minimal guidance
Good level of English
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
