Daily tasks: 

1. Preparing marketing materials

2. Assisting with preparation of financial statements and analysis

3. Assisting Operations Director with business planning

4. Business administration: preparation of legal documents, contracts, internal communications

5. Active participation in sales process (telephone and personal meetings)

6. Ad hoc analysis and secretarial tasks

7. Possibility of participating in business trips to Hong Kong and Shanghai
 

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. Good communication skills

3. Pro-active in devising sales/marketing plans and executing them

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Work well with multiple team members across many teams

6. Analyze marketing data and design promotional materials to match

7. Ability to qualify potential customers and develop existing relationships

8. Complete tasks to deadline

9. Able to deal with professionals of all levels at all times

10. Background in Finance or Analysis is a plus

11. Chinese language skills a plus
