VPN Support Intern - Position Filled
As support intern, you will provide customer and technical support to VPN clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction for VPN clientele.
Your goals will be to:
- Maintain and update support documentation as needed
- Increase visibility of the VPN product at networking events
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
· Smoothing customer account creation (VPN Cash subscribers, PayPal issues)
· Responding to support requests in a timely and efficient manner
· Representing the VPN brand at various networking events
· Monitoring & providing insight about the VPN on technical support forums
· Maintaining customer instructions and internal work processes
· Suggesting ways to improve the customer experience
· Fluent in English (conversational)
· Any other language is a plus
· Interest in social media (aps, social networks, etc)
· Interest in learning about the Shanghai (expat) community
· Analytical mindset
· Outgoing and sales-oriented
· Open-minded and curious
· Previous experience abroad highly preferred
· Basic computer knowledge
· You will report to the Software Development/VPN Manager
· You will receive in-house training about the company and product
