Daily tasks:

Together with Chinese lawyers and under the Managing Director’s supervision, you will gain exceptional, hands-on experience by carrying out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

- Conducting legal research and analysis

- Drafting memos, notes and …

- Participating in client meetings

Requirements:

- French Native Speaker

- French student preparing a Masters in Business Law, Commercial Law or Intellectual Property

- Dual background (Business School, LLM, Political Science…)

- Native English speaker level

- Strong research, problem solving, and analytical abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively

- Disciplined and organized

- Capacity to adapt

- German and/or Chinese speaker is a plus

Remarks:

- Located in the city center

- You will learn from an experienced French lawyer

- Can result in a permanent position if both parties are satisfied

- You will need to bring your own laptop
