Accounting, Finance & IT and Information System Intern - Position Filled

General Internship Information

Allowance:

2500 CNY/month if the duration of the internship is over 4 months, if less, based on

Location:

Shanghai

Daily tasks:

Control of local Chinese invoice emission
Check of supplier invoices
Control and follow-up of Firm`s information system
Check, update and correct data in the information system
Gather and create a supplier cost database
Assist Accounting Department in Account Payable/Account Receivable tasks if required
Any other tasks given by Financial Controller, Finance Manager or General Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably with a major in one of the following: Accounting, IT,
Management or Trade
Working knowledge with Office (Excel, Word,…) and at ease with computers
Fluent in English and knowledge of Chinese and/or French are a plus
Can work independently
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, hardworking, resistant, fast-learning
Good communication skills
Experience in import-export is a plus
