This weekend Hutong School is taking a trip to a rural part of the Great Wall. It is one of the best preserved, and most authentic, parts of the Great Wall. Students will be hiking from Jinshanling to Simatai, at the Jinshanling portion of the Great Wall.

 

Also, there will be another Gourmet Night on Monday. This time we will be going to a very good vegetarian restaurant that has an excellent selection of organic vegetables (when they are in season). Sign up by Monday morning if you would like to go!
