The Beijing Coaching Centre

Two successful years of experience with students, volunteers and interns from all over the world have led us to professionalize our program and to expand our range of coaching and intercultural training. Hence, the quality of our services should be considerably increased and the offers for professionals and companies expanded.

We shall take the following conditions into account:

• In the last two years, the demand for our services has rapidly increased among students as well as companies and professionals.
• According to our experiences of the last two years, the different career and life planning interests of our students and interns demand a stronger personnel psychological support.
• Often, those interested substantially underestimate the diversity of the Asian (and especially the Chinese) culture and have no or only inadequate experience with China - despite their sincere interest in an unfamiliar way of life.
• Cooperation with companies from different industries should be intensified with the support of COACH CONCEPT – ICTD and the personnel psychological advice for our clients should be increased.

The international and intercultural orientation of the Beijing Coaching Center takes the requirements of global competences into account, develops, promotes and trains the personal and cultural key competences and focuses on the cultural peculiarities of the Asia-Pacific Economic Area.

Language, Culture, Business and Career integrate the intercultural competence areas, which result from the realities of globalized requirements.

Our international and interdisciplinary team of experts (personnel psychologists, coaches, consultants, supervisors, lawyers, language trainers, educators and various Chinese specialists) not only ensures a high degree of interdisciplinary expertise, but allows a multimodal, curricular approach, which guarantees personal sustainability.
